Career Services & Coaching

Our Transition Coaches provide one-on-one career coaching to help participants identify goals, build resumes, prepare for interviews, and navigate pathways to sustainable employment. These services are designed to support long-term success and economic stability.

Support Services

Our support services address everyday barriers that can prevent participants from moving forward. We offer wraparound support—such as transportation assistance, food assistance, and help with work-related expenses—and connect participants to essential resources that promote stability, self-sufficiency, and overall well-being.

Occupational Training

We offer access to occupational training opportunities, including CDL, HVAC, electrician, and other in-demand fields. These programs build practical skills and prepare participants for meaningful employment and long-term career advancement.

Driver's License Assistance

We help participants overcome legal and administrative barriers to obtaining or reinstating a driver’s license. Through our partnership with South Dallas Driving Academy, we offer a 30-day accelerated driver’s license program.

Court Support

Our court support services help participants understand court processes and meet legal requirements. We work to reduce missed court dates and provide guidance to navigate the justice system with confidence, including attending court alongside participants and supporting them every step of the way.

Mental Health Services

We partner with Youth180 to connect participants to mental health services that support emotional wellness and personal stability. These services are offered with dignity and confidentiality, recognizing mental health as a key component of successful outcomes.
