The HYPE Center — Helping People Exceed — is where young adults in Dallas come to figure out their next step, and get the support to actually take it. We meet young people ages 18 to 24 where they are, and walk with them toward stable work, stable housing, and a stable future.
Who We Serve
The HYPE Center is built for young adults ages 18 to 24 who are navigating the justice system, disconnected from school or work, or both. Many of the young people we serve are facing overlapping challenges — unstable housing, limited transportation, gaps in work history, open court cases — that traditional workforce programs aren’t designed to address.
We are. Every young person who walks through our doors is met without judgment and with a plan.

Career Coaching
Your Transition Coach helps you figure out what you want to do, build a resume, practice for interviews, and connect to employers who are ready to hire.
Wraparound Support
We help with the basics first. Whether you need help with housing, transportation, food, mental health or whatever else is keeping you from reaching your goals.
Occupational Training
We connect participants to training programs in fields that pay well and are hiring — CDL, HVAC, electrician, and more. You have the opportunity to leave with a real credential and a path to a real career, not just another certificate.
Driver's License Assistance & Legal Help
We help you get a driver’s license, clear or seal your record, and understand what you need to do for probation and parole.
Court Support
Our staff goes to court with you. We explain what’s happening, help you meet court requirements, talk with your parole officer if needed, and make sure you’re not going through it alone. We also help with traffic tickets, traffic court, and community court.
Mental Health Services
We partner with mental health providers for on-site mental health care to support healing and stability.
